Committee Contacts for Plot Holders

Each committee member has a group of plots which he/she oversees. Their role is to

act as the first point of contact for the plot holder,
provide the plot holder with the 'Request to erect a shed/greenhouse' pro-forma and approve the request when the size of shed/greenhouse and its location have been agreed,
provide information about the site,
monitor their group of plots to ensure that the requirements of the tenancy agreement are being met.

It is still incumbent upon the plot holder to attempt to resolve any local issues with neighbouring plot holders themselves.
